Dear comrades,
The Communist Front (Italy) states its militant solidarity with the Communist Party of Greece in view of the important national elections of May 21, 2023.
The KKE has always been with no compromises in the forefront of the political and social struggles in defense of workers’ rights against the attacks of the bourgeoisie and their governments. As the revolutionary vanguard of the Greek working class, the KKE has always consistently fought not only for the improvement of the workers’ immediate conditions, but for the overthrow of capitalism and the establishment of workers’ power. The fight of the KKE, on positions of authentic proletarian internationalism, against imperialism, its wars and Greece’s involvement in them, for its exit from NATO and the EU as imperialist alliances, is an example for all of us to be followed.
We hope that the Greek workers and people will reward the commitment and coherence of the KKE with their vote. We wish our Greek comrades an election result that further strengthens the KKE, in the awareness that this too is a step forward for all of us in our common struggle for socialism-communism.
