To the Central Committee and all militants of the Party of Labour of Austria
It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that we learned of the sudden and untimely passing of Comrade Tibor Zenker, Chairman of the Party of Labour of Austria.
A political scientist, author, and dedicated marxist-leninist, Comrade Zenker was one of the founding figures of the Party of Labour of Austria at its founding congress in October 2013, rising to become its Chairman in 2019. Through the years, he authored numerous works on imperialism, state-monopoly capitalism, and fascism, cementing his role as a leading communist ideologue in the German-speaking world and earning deep respect across the international communist movement.
The loss of Comrade Zenker is a terrible blow not only to the Party of Labour of Austria, but to all revolutionary forces fighting against capitalism, for a world free from the exploitation of man by man. On this painful occasion, on behalf of the Central Committee and all militants of the Communist Front (Italy), we extend our most heartfelt solidarity and fraternal condolences to his comrades in the Party of Labour of Austria, to his family, and to all those who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him. His example, his dedication, and his thought will continue to inspire our common struggle for socialism-communism.
